Ancillaries

Flexseal manufacture various ancillaries including the puddle flange, insitu-seal, gully seal, wall seal and tools.

Puddle Flange - 32-1300mm diameter

Puddle Flanges ensure a watertight seal where pipes pass through the walls of tanks and swimming pools etc. They can also be used where they pass through the walls of basements, manholes or other structures below groundwater level.

Puddle Flanges are manufactured from EPDM material that provides chemical resistance to a variety of acids and alkalis, providing an effective seal against water penetration along the pipe.

Flexseal can provide a range of puddle flanges that are preformed or fabricated to meet specific site requirements.

Insitu-Seal

Insitu-seals are used to connect to a 90-degree lateral pipe into a twin wall or ribbed surface water drainage pipe.

Note: special 90mm deep hole saws are required.

Gully Seal

Gully seals are fitted into 200mm and 210mm sockets of all monolithic concrete road gullies, and suitable for use on the following pipes:

• DN150 Vitrified Clay
• 150mm Single Wall Corrugated Plastic
• 150mm Supersleve
• 160mm PVC
• 150mm Twin Wall Corrugated Plastic

Wall Seal

Wall seals are used to seal around a cored hole passing through a pre-cast structure. The wall seals can also:

• Provide a secure and leak proof solution to water penetration along the pipe
• Are suitable for surface water and sewers
• When correctly installed will withstand 0.5 Bar hydrostatic pressure.
• Allows for angular and lateral misalignment of the pipe

Moulded wall seals are available to suit most common pipe sizes and materials from 35mm to 200mm OD, and Flexseal also supply fabricated wall seals for larger pipe sizes.
