Flexseal recently exhibited at the annual C&W Berry trade show. Over recent years the show has seen tremendous footfall and offered Flexseal plenty of engagement with end-users of drainage products and this year was no different.
Over the three day event an astonishing amount of people visited the builders merchant to engage with the suppliers as Flexseal used the opportunity to introduce visitors to their new innovative Icon Pushfit range of couplings.
Speaking about the trade show Francine Killey, Area Sales Manager for Flexseal in and around Lancashire said: “We’ve took part in the show a few times now and we’re always happy with the results. We get to offer end-users a small saving by purchasing at the show but more importantly for us we get to talk to a lot of customers within a short space of time. The feedback and insights this provides us with is invaluable and helps us to create more solutions for the market going forward.”
It was similar insights from end-users that influenced Flexseal’s decision to create the Icon Pushfit range of couplings, which have proven tremendously popular with contractors in many different sectors.
The product is designed to enable the user to connect onto an existing pipe that has been encased in concrete or is surrounded by another hard material, leaving no external pipe surface to connect a traditional coupling. The Icon Pushfit simply pushes inside of the existing pipe and the new pipe can be simply pushed over the other end of the coupling. The six different sizes available from Flexseal ensure that any configuration of 4” or 6” pipes can be connected, whether it’s plastic, clay, cast iron etc. The range can even create an adaptation from 4” to 6” with its level invert adaptor.
The C&W Berry Trade Show remains key within Flexseal’s diary and the whole team look forward to more busy events with the merchant.
